Інвестиційна привабливість Боратинської сільської ради в контексті комплексного соціально-економічного розвитку сільських територій

Abstract

У статті узагальнено теоретичні напрацювання з особливостей формування інвестиційної привабливості сільських територій, чинників та механізмів їх використання в сучасних умовах господарювання органами місцевого самоврядування. На прикладі регіону локального рівня розкрито детермінанти ефективного й комплексного розвитку сільської території та для цього дається економічна оцінка природно-ресурсного та економічного потенціалів, обгрунтовано їх значення у формуванні інвестиційної привабливості території. На основі розробленого SWOT-аналізу, соціологічних опитувань і дослідження економічного потенціалу Боратинської сільської ради встановлено конкурентні регіональні переваги для реалізації інвестиційних проектів визначеної локації, які водночас є і чинниками формування інвестиційної привабливості, які проаналізовано. Обґрунтовано головні напрями та перспективні проекти у сфері залучення інвестицій. Виділено основні завдання програм залучення інвестицій в економіку визначеної сільської території. The article summarizes theoretical developments on the peculiarities of formation of investment attractiveness of rural territories, factors, mechanisms of their use in modern conditions of management by local self-government bodies. On the example of the region of the local level, the determinants of effective and integrated development of the rural territory are revealed, and for this purpose an economic assessment of the natural resource and economic potential is given, and their significance in formation of the investment attractiveness of the territory is substantiated. Based on the developed SWOT-analysis, sociological surveys and research on the economic potential of the Boratyn village council, competitive regional benefits for the implementation of investment projects of a specific location were identified, which are both factors of the formation of investment attractiveness that have been analyzed. The main directions and promising projects in the field of investment attraction are grounded. The main tasks of the programs of attraction of investments into the economy of a certain rural territory are allocated.
