Договір сурогатного материнства

Abstract

У статті автор розглядає проблеми, пов’язані з правовим регулюванням сурогатного материнства в Україні, а також дає оцінку як договору, що укладається між сурогатною матір’ю та батьками, так і цивільно-правовим відносинам, що походять з даного виду договору.In the article the author considers the problems connected with the legal regulation of surrogate motherhood in the Russian Federation, as well as gives the appraisal as of the essence of the agreement concluded between the surrogate mother and the spouses, as well as civil and legal relations, resulting from such kind of agreement.
