Методи розвитку творчого потенціалу особистості майбутнього педагога в процесі професійної підготовки

Abstract

У статті обґрунтовано необхідність вдосконалення професійної підготовки студентів педагогічних спеціальностей та визначено основні аспекти застосування методів формування творчих якостей особистості майбутнього педагога у процесі професійної підготовки, таких як педагогічна задача, навчальна гра та тренінг. На основі аналізу педагогічної теорії та практики визначено, що використання інтерактивних методів, творчих завдань, моделювання та проектування педагогічних ситуацій та професійних проблем, активна участь студентів в організації начально-виховного процесу, високий рівень організації самостійної роботи забезпечить готовність майбутнього педагога до творчої діяльності. In the article the necessity of improvement of professional training of students of pedagogical specialties has been justified. The article is devoted to the definition of the main aspects of application of methods of formation of the future teacher’s creative qualities in the process of professional training, such as a pedagogical task, an educational game and a workshop. On the basis of the analysis of pedagogical theory and practice it has been identified that the use of interactive methods, creative tasks, modeling and designing of pedagogical situations and professional problems, active participation of students in the organization of educational process, high level of organization of independent work will ensure the readiness of the future teacher for creative activity
