Зміст та методика формування соціальної зрілості студентів в освітньому процесі закладів вищої аграрної освіти

Abstract

У статті висвітлюються проблеми організаційно-методичного забезпечення процесу формування соціальної зрілості студентів закладів вищої аграрної освіти. Встановлено, що процес формування соціальної зрілості студентів в освітньому процесі закладів вищої аграрної освіти складається з трьох компонентів та передбачає: викладання спецкурсу варіативного компонента програми «Формування соціальної зрілості студентів закладів вищої аграрної освіти»; оптимізацію виховних можливостей навчальних дисциплін соціально-гуманітарного циклу щодо формування соціальної зрілості студентів закладів вищої аграрної освіти; розробка та впровадження у виховний процес інтерактивної програми виховання студентів «Соціальна зрілість особистості як основа ефективної самореалізації», мета якої – формування компонентів соціальної зрілості студентів та їх позитивна динаміка у позааудиторній діяльності освітнього процесу закладів вищої аграрної освіти. Ефективність формування соціальної зрілості студентів закладів вищої аграрної освіти залежить від забезпечення суб’єкт-суб’єктного рівноправного партнерства під час залучення студентів до різних видів пізнавальної та суспільно значущої діяльності. Щодо методичного забезпечення даного процесу, то доведено що його ефективність залежить від гармонійного поєднання традиційних та інтерактивних методів і форм виховної роботи, які забезпечують цілісний системний підхід до організації процесу формування соціальної зрілості студентів закладів вищої аграрної освіти. The article deals with the problems of organizational and methodological support of the process of formation of social maturity of students of institutions of higher agricultural education. It was established that the process of formation of social maturity of students in the educational process of institutions of higher agricultural education consists of three components and includes: teaching of the special course of the variable component of the program "Formation of social maturity of students of institutions of higher education in agrarian education"; optimization of educational opportunities of educational disciplines of the social and humanitarian cycle in relation to the formation of social maturity of students of institutions of higher education in agrarian education; Development and introduction into the educational process of the interactive program of students' education "Social maturity of the individual as the basis of effective self-realization", the purpose of which is to form the components of the social maturity of students and their positive dynamics in the non-auditing activity of the educational process of institutions of higher education in agrarian education. The effectiveness of forming the social maturity of students of institutions of higher agricultural education depends on ensuring the subject-subject equal partnership in attracting students to different types of cognitive and socially significant activities. Regarding the methodological provision of this process, it is proved that its effectiveness depends on the harmonious combination of traditional and interactive methods and forms of educational work that provide a holistic system approach to the organization of the process of forming the social maturity of students of institutions of higher education in agrarian education.
