Досвід сучасної американської комунікативістики для України в сфері дослідження інформаційної демократії

Abstract

У статті розглянуто наукові розвідки американських фахівців-комунікативістів. Визначено, що комунікативістика об’єднує наукові розробки фахівців із соціології, політології, мистецтва, етнології, журналістики, права, філософії, психології й інших. Доведено, що комунікативістика стосуються ряду важливих проблем сучасної політичної науки, а саме незалежність мас-медіа від економічних важелів, взаємозв’язок між незаангажованими ЗМІ та становленням демократії. Підкреслено, що прискорення в розвитку нових засобів масової комунікації призводить до відновлення ідей справжньої демократії, що надає можливість кожному громадянину брати участь у житті свої держави. Проаналізовано дослідження американських фахівців із цієї дисципліни. Охарактеризовано розвиток сучасних наукових течій у США, досягнення цієї країни у питаннях дослідження інформаційної демократії, які можна користати для досліджень в Україні. Комунікативістами США розроблено основні поняття інформаційної демократії та закладено ґрунтовну основу для подальших досліджень. Прослідковано еволюцію мережі інформаційної демократії у США, а саме: електронна демократія, он-лайн демократія, цифрова демократія, теледемократія, відеодемократія тощо. Зазначено, що фахівці США стверджує, що нові технології виробництва у серії «інформаційних революцій» у США призвели до важливих структурних змін в політиці.

In the article the scientific exploration of American experts communication. Determined that communication integrates research and development experts in sociology, political science, art, ethnology, journalism, law, philosophy, psychology and others. Followed the evolution of the network information in the US democracy, namely e-democracy, on-line democracy, digital democracy, Teledemocracy, videodemocracy more. It is noted that experts of the US claims that new technologies in a series of "information revolution" in the US led to major structural changes in policy. Thus, digital democracy provides invaluable detailed explanations on the use of major computer-mediated communication systems for political purposes. Teledemocracy as they explore the current status and future tele-Voting, electronic town meetings and other initiatives designed to return the community to a true democracy.
