Шляхи модернізації господарського потенціалу Карпатського регіону

Abstract

У статті виконано такі завдання: описано господарський потенціал і межі Карпатського регіону; з’ясовано його основні чинники формування Карпатського регіону; проаналізовано основні проблеми розвитку та формування; запропоновано шляхи модернізації господарського потенціалу Карпатського регіону. Мета статті – запропонувати способи модернізації господарського потенціалу Карпатського регіону. Для досягнення мети застосовано загальнонаукові методи, такі як аналіз та синтез, індукція та дедукція, аналогії й моделювання та ін. У ході дослідження з’ясовано, що на формування й ефективне використання господарського потенціалу регіону впливає низка факторів. Вони є сукупністю аргументів (причин), що зумовлюють особливості розвитку та використання ресурсної бази в Карпатському регіоні, визначають кількісні і якісні характеристики видів господарської діяльності, впливають на обсяги й напрями господарської діяльності, на визначення пріоритетів і є практичним інструментом виконання господарських завдань. Так, наприклад, до основних зовнішніх факторів формування та розвитку господарського потенціалу Карпатського регіону належать політичні, правові, господарські, соціальні, технологічні й інші сили впливу зовнішніх систем, які обмежують або стимулюють його функціонування. До внутрішніх факторів можна віднести здатність накопичувати, закріплювати та використовувати інформацію; рівень технологічного розвитку виробництва; соціальні умови існування населення; рівень освіти в регіоні тощо. Саме при модернізації господарського потенціалу Карпатського регіону потрібно враховувати ці чинники. Отже, це дослідження може бути використане органами влади в областях Карпатського регіону під час формування його господарського потенціалу. Напрямами подальших досліджень можуть бути напрацьовані заходи з удосконалення господарського потенціалу Карпатського регіону. Дослідження є оригінальним, оскільки це результат роботи автора. In the article, the following tasks have been solved: economic potential and borders of the Carpathian region are described; the main factors of formation of the Carpathian region are clarified; the main problems of development and formation of the Carpathian region are analyzed; the ways of modernization the economic potential of the Carpathian region are proposed. The purpose of the article is to propose the ways of modernizing of the Carpathian region economic potential. To achieve the goal in the article it has been used general scientific methods such as analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction, analogy and modeling, as well as other methods. The study has found that the formation and effective usage of the economic potential of the region is affected by a number of factors. These factors are set of causes which determine the specifics of the development and use of the resource base in the Carpathian region, the quantitative and qualitative characteristics of the economic activities that affect the volume and direction of economic activity, determination of priorities and they are the practical tool for solving economic tasks. For instance, the main external factors in the formation and development of the economic potential of the Carpathian region include political, legal, economic, social, technological and other forces of the influence of external systems that limit or stimulate its functioning. Internal factors include the ability to accumulate, consolidate and use the information; the level of technological development of production; social conditions of the population; the level of education in the region and the like. During the modernization of the economic potential of the Carpathian region these factors should be taken into account. Consequently, this study can be used by the authorities in the Carpathian region during the formation of its economic potential. Directions for further research can be developed to improve the economic potential of the Carpathian region. This study is original because it is the result of the author's work.
