Транскордонне співробітництво кріз призму дискурсивної свідомості

Abstract

Автор здійснив дискурсивний аналіз проблематики транскордонної взаємодії в інформаційному просторі України. Досліджено такі аспекти інформаційної трансляції зазначеної проблематики: науковий дискурс, дискурси новинних повідомлень та дискурс друкованих ЗМІ на східному прикордонні України, що є яскравим прикладом конфліктного зіткнення двох інтеграцій, які відображають дві різні моделі відношення до ЄС. Одну називають «партнерська», на неї орієнтується Росія, другу – «асиміляційна», в її напрямку зараз спрямована політика України. В Україні відсутнє єдине бачення транскордонної взаємодії на рівні і наукового дискурсу, і медіа-дискурсу, і громадського дискурсу. Поширеність до недавнього часу одночасно євразійського та європейського трактування транскордонного співробітництва, а також думки, що східний українсько-російський кордон є кордоном «між своїми», ускладнило заміну «радянського» дискурс кордону на європейський. Це створило проблемні ситуації як на теоретичному рівні, так і у практиці реалізації євроінтеграційного курсу України.The author carried out a discursive analysis of the problems of cross-border cooperation in the information space of Ukraine. Investigated such aspects of information specified broadcast perspective: scientific discours, discourse new messages and print media discourse on the eastern border of Ukraine, which is a prime example of the conflict of collision of two integrations, which represent two different models in relation to the EU. One is called "affiliate", it focuses Russia, friend - "assimilative" in her direction now is Ukraine. Ukraine does not have a unified vision of cross-border cooperation at the level of discourse and scientific and medіa - discourse and public discourse. The prevalence of the recent time both Eurasian and European interpretation of cross-border cooperation, as well as opinions that the eastern Ukrainian- Russian border is the border "between their" complicated replace "Soviet" discourse on the European borders . This created a problematic situation as equal to the theoretical and practical implementation in the European integration course of Ukraine
