Abstract

У статті висловлено думку, що в епоху організаційних змін, особистість менеджера будь-якого рівня перебуває під впливом невпевненості, тривог і страхів, що детермінують суттєві зміни в його поведінкових структурах. The article is devoted to theoretical approaches to understanding of the person’s social and psychological adaptation in situation of social transformation. The analysis of the research results gives an opportunity to speak about the necessity of correcting the personal qualities of managers in transitive society.
