Інституціоналізація волонтерського руху в Україні: реалії та перспективи

Abstract

У статті розглянуто проблему соціологічного вивчення процесу оформлення волонтерства як соціального інституту, необхідного для розвитку та діяльності громадянського суспільства. Аналіз етапів інституціоналізації на прикладі діяльності волонтерських рухів в умовах сучасного українського суспільства показав, що становлення волонтерства як соціального інституту ще далеке від завершення. Як висновок, окреслено подальшу перспективу розвитку волонтерства в реаліях становлення громадянського суспільства, що полягає в детальному вивченні інтеграції волонтерського руху в систему соціальних інститутів. There is an attempt of the analysis of the processes of emerging and evolving of new social institutions, which serve as a medium between the state and society common in civil society. The work concentrates on the analysis of volunteering as a social phenomenon and its importance for contemporary Ukrainian society. The problem of sociological research of volunteering as a social institution essential for the development and functioning of civil society is the focus of this article. Analysis stages of institutionalization as an example of voluntary movements in modern Ukrainian society showed that the formation of volunteering as a social institution is far from complete. In conclusion outlines further study integrating volunteers into the system of social institutions.
