Вікові особливості професійного самовизначення як компоненту соціалізації дітей з вадами психофізичного розвитку

Abstract

У статті проведено аналіз теоретико-методичних аспектів активізації процесу професійного самовизначення як компоненту соціалізації дітей з вадами психофізичного розвитку на основі отримання знань про себе, про світ професій у процесі реалістичного вибору професії в сучасних соціально-економічних умовах. Аналіз результатів емпіричного дослідження показав, що професійне самовизначення – явище динамічне. Існує низка відмінностей у прояві його характеристик (схильностей, інтересів, мотивації професійної діяльності) на різних вікових етапах. Обґрунтовано, необхідність розроблення системи вивчення професійних інтересів, здібностей, мотивів та психокорекційної роботи, спрямованої на формування адекватної самооцінки і рівня домагань учнів з вадами психофізичного розвитку.

The article analyzes the theoretical and methodical aspects of activization of the process of professional self-determination as a component of socialization of children with impaired mental and physical development, based on obtained knowledge about oneself, about the world of professions in the process of realistic choice of professions in modern socio-economic conditions. Analysis of the results of empirical stydy has shown, that professional self – determination is dynamic phenomenon. There is a number of differences in its characteristics manifestation (aptitudes, interests and motivation of professional activity) on different age stages. In particular, there are distinct differences in formation of motivational complex. The study has showed, that the older are the children, the number of optimal motivational complexes increases. The necessity of development of the system of studying of professional interests, abilities, motivations and psychocorrectional work, aimed at formation of adequate self-esteem and level of aspiration of pupils with impaired mental and physical development.
