Abstract

Гуманістично-орієнтований підхід у навчанні та вихованні потребує осмислення проблеми педагогічного спілкування. Аналізуючи форми і способи спілкування, ми часто звертаємось до їх поведінкових проявів, виокремлюємо їх на основі зовнішніх ознак. Але окремі поведінкові характеристики не можуть дати повної інформації про зміст, характер і особливості міжособистісних взаємин. Тому актуалізується пошук нових підходів до розуміння механізмів ефективності комунікативної взаємодії педагога з учнями, батьками, колегами. Аспекти оптимізації педагогічного спілкування висвітлюються багатьма вченими. Humanistically oriented approach in training and education demands the understanding of pedagogical communication. Analyzing the forms and methods of communication, we often turn to their behavioral manifestations, select them on the basis of their external features. But some behavioral characteristics can not provide complete information about the content, nature and peculiarities of interpersonal relationships. Therefore, search for the new approaches to understanding the mechanisms of the effectiveness of the teacher’s interactive communication with students, parents and colleagues is being actualized. Aspects of optimization of pedagogical communication are covered by many scientists.
