Аналіз використання земельних ресурсів Вінницької області

Abstract

Розглянуто сучасний стан та особливості використання земельного фонду Вінницької області. Досліджено компонентну структуру земельного фонду та особливості його територіальної диференціації. Визначено рівень забезпеченості населення досліджуваної території сільськогосподарськими угіддями. Розглянуто сучасні особливості використання земель у межах основних категорій. Запропоновано варіанти оптимізації використання земельних ресурсів на перспективу залежно від впливу природно-географічних та соціально-економічних чинників.The current state and characteristics of the land fund of the Vinnitsa region.The component structure of the landed fund and feature of his territorial differentiation is explored. The level of material well-being of population of the explored territory is definite by agricultural lands. The modern feature of the use of earths are exposed within limits of basic categories. The variants of optimization of the use of the landed resources are offered on a prospect depending on influencing of natural-geographical and socio-economical factors.
