Регулювання майнового забезпечення римо-католицьких монастирів у Російській імперії (кінець ХVIII – ХІХ ст.)

Abstract

У статті здійснено аналіз регулювання майнового забезпечення римо-католицьких монастирів у Російській імперії кінця ХУГП-ХІХ ст. на основі законодавства. Зроблено висновок, що заходи російського уряду спрямовані на обмеження майнових прав римо-католицьких чернечих осередків та конфіскацію в подальшому монастирського майна.Regulation of Collateral Security of Roman Catholic Monasteries in the Russian Empire (the end of XVIII - XIX Centuries). The article deals with the legislative acts base on which settlement of the collateral security of Roman Catholic monasteries in the Russian Empire in the late XVIII - XIX centuries was held. The legislative acts concerning property of Roman Catholic monks were analyzed. Was payed attention to changes in the nature of Russian law after the the Polish rise at November 1830-1831, based on what closing of monasteries and confiscation of their property took place.
