Компоненти творчого потенціалу магістрів дошкільної освіти

Abstract

Статтю присвячено дослідженню структури творчого потенціалу магістрів дошкільної освіти. На основі аналізу педагогічної теорії та практики визначено складові цієї якості особистості, які відображені у його компонентах: мотиваційному, когнітивному, креативному, операційному та рефлексивному. The article is dedicated to the research of the problem of formation of the creative potential of a teacher, namely the structure of the creative potential of the masters of preschool education. On the basis of the analysis of pedagogical theory and practice, the author has defined the parts of the creative potential, which make its components: motivational, cognitive, creative, operative and reflective ones.
