Проблема здійсненності та нездійсненності цілей у філософсько-історичному розумінні

Abstract

Зроблено спробу у філософсько-історичному контексті розкрити проблему здійсненності та нездійснен- ності цілей. Наголошено, що цілі та можливість їх здійснення, так само як і причини нездійсненності, можуть аналізуватися лише з позицій сучасності і є частиною сучасного світосприйняття. Звернено увагу і на те, що проблема нездійснених цілей актуалізується у кризові періоди та переламні епохи розвитку суспільства. The attempt in the philosophical and historical context to reveal the problem of realizing and unrealizing of purposes is made in this article. It is noted that the objectives and the possibility of their implementation, as well as reason to do so, can be analyzed only from the standpoint of modern times and is part of the modern world perception. Turned the attention on the fact that the problem of unrealizing purposes updated in crisis periods and critical epochs of development of a society.
