Семантична природа полісемного дієслова to get

Abstract

В статті аналізується література з питань смислової організації слова, розрізнення полісемних слів та слів широкої семантики. Проводиться аналіз словникових дефініцій полісемного дієслова to get, вибраних з п’яти тлумачних словників. Результатом роботи є виведений список з 60-ти теоретично можливих значень даного слова. The article deals with the analysis of the literature on the problem of the word semantic organization, the differentiation between the polysememic words and the words of wide semantics. The definitions of the polysememic verb “to get”, taken from five explanatory dictionaries, are analyzed. As a result the list of 60 theoretically possible meanings of the given word is made.
