Польські претензії на волинські землі в добу Української революції

Abstract

У статті подано і проаналізовано перебіг подій, які мали місце не території західних повітів Волинської губернії впродовж доби Української революції. Вони стосуються претензій польських політиків на волинські землі, поступової військово-політичної експансії та поширення польської влади.The problem of territorial integrity of Ukrainian lands in time of Ukrainian revolution 1917-1921 stood extraordinarily sharply. After disintegration of the Russian empire most of nearby states straight or mediated declared about the claims on Ukrainian’s frontier lands. The Polish politicians, who matured the idea of revival of the mighty Polish state within the limits of XVIII century, pretended to own the territory of Western Volyn. The course of events which took place at the territory of western districts of the Volyn’s region during the Ukrainian revolution is given and analysed in the article. They (events) touch claims of the Polish politicians on Volyn’s lands, gradual military-political expansion and distribution of Polish power here. Reasons that made the personal interest of the political circles of Poland about the Volyn’s county bigger and reasons that accelerated the process of joining of Volyn territories in the complement of Second Rzeczpospolyta are analysed.
