Польське військове осадництво на західноукраїнських землях у 20−30-х роках ХХ ст.

Abstract

У статті досліджується сільськогосподарське військове осадництво на західноукраїнських землях у міжвоєнний період, яке сприяло зміцненню польського колонізаційного режиму. Осадницькі господарства мали стати опорою польської влади у Західній Україні. Саме така політика уряду призвела до конфронтації стосунків між українським і польським населенням. Окреслено масштаби, фінансово-економічний стан, географію розселення військової аграрної колонізації.The article analyzes the stages of implementation of Polish military osadnicy on the territory of the Western Ukraine and its influence on the social and economical development of the region. The agricultural policy of the Polish government was directed on retention of the demesne land of Polish landowners in Western Volhynia and Eastern Galicia by reducing their land property to the rational volume. It also intended to create on the remainders of landowners’ property model farms for Polish military osadnicy that were to become a social support for Polish authorities in the region.
