Землеволодіння на Волині у другій половині XIX − на початку XX ст.: аналіз джерел

Abstract

У статті проаналізовано і визначено типологію джерел з історії поземельних відносин на Волині у другій половині XIX − на початку XX ст. Означено, що основними джерелами із зазначеної проблеми є законодавчі акти, простежено еволюцію законодавства в аграрному питанні. Розкрито інформативне наповнення статистичних, пресових джерел з історії землеволодіння на Волині.This paper analyzes the sources of the history of land ownership in Volyn in the second part of the XIX-XX century. Complex systematization of documents allowed to identify the main sources of the issue. The evolution of the law issue of the agrarian question as the main complex of sources has been analized and the main framework of the tsar government policy has been highlighted as for its decision, methods, forms and features of the implementation of reforms in Volyn region.
