Abstract

Проаналізовано питання транскордонної співпраці громад в умовах формування інформаційного суспільства. Автор констатує, що сучасні інтерактивні комунікаційні технології грають важливу роль у формуванні політичної свідомості мешканців транскордоння. Блоги і соціальні мережі інформують громадськість про події прикордонного життя, формують ціннісні орієнтації та значною мірою визначаючи думки і орієнтації людей, що включені у транскордонне інформаційне-комунікаційне середовище, визначає свідому поведінку. Формування політичної свідомості громад транскордоння з допомогою інтерактивних форм політичної комунікації потребує оволодіння основами мережевої культури.
