Емоційна регуляція професійної діяльності медичних працівників

Abstract

У статті наведено результати дослідження особливостей емоційної регуляції професійної діяльності медичних працівників; встановлено взаємозв’язок між особливостями напружених ситуацій і характером емоційної регуляції в них діяльності працівників залежно від стажу їх роботи. The research results of the peculiarities of emotional regulation of professional activity of health workers are presented, the interrelation between the characteristics of stressful situations and the nature of emotional regulation in the activity of workers depending on their labour experience is defined.
