dc.description	In the article approaches to the interpretation of the categories of «responsibility», «social responsibility», «corporate social responsibility» are investigated. The features of the socialresponsible going are investigational near the conduct of productive activity. Factors influencing on the development of Corporate Social Responsibility are determined. The article is deloted to problems of realization of interrelations of the state and business in economic systems in the course of formation of philosophy of socially-responsible business are considered. The measures to eliminate obstacles to the development of business social responsibility in Ukraine were proposed. The article considers the topical issues of business responsibility to the society, and the importance of understanding the proper attitude towards business and society in general, understanding that an enterprise will never be socially responsible unless it adopts the basics of social responsibility.
