Взаємодія норм міжнародного права й трудового законодавства України

Abstract

У статті висвітлено взаємодію норм міжнародного права й трудового законодавства, зокрема проблеми імплементації норм міжнародного трудового права в трудове законодавство України, взаємодії міжнародних і національних норм у регулюванні трудових відносин. Проникнення норм міжнародно-правового регулювання в трудове законодавство України відбувається за двома напрямами: через ратифікацію норм міжнародного права та укладення міжнародно-правових договорів. The article is devoted to the interaction of the international law and the labor legislation, in particular, the problems of the implementation of the international labor law into the labor legislation of Ukraine, the interaction between the international and national standards in regulating labor relationships. The International Treaty is considered as a source of international law, on the one hand, and as a source of the internal (national) law, on another. The penetration of norms of the international legal regulation into the labor legislation of Ukraine going in two directions: firstly by ratifying conventions and other acts of international organizations and their bodies, in which Ukraine participates; secondly, by concluding Ukraine bilateral and multilateral international treaties with other states.
