Кристалічна структура сполук R1,32Pb1,68Ge1,67Se7 (R=Y, La, Ce, Pr, Nd, Sm, Gd, Tb, Dy і Ho)

Abstract

Рентгенівським методом полікристалу досліджено кристалічну структуру сполук R1,32Pb1,68Ge1,67Se7 (R= Y, La, Ce, Pr, Nd, Sm, Gd, Tb, Dy і Ho) (структурний тип Dy3Ge1,25S7, просторова група P63, символ Пірсона hP23,34). Для атомів статистичної суміші M(R + Pb) многогранниками є тригональні призми з одним додатковим атомом. Атоми Ge1 і Ge2 мають тетраедричне і трикутне оточення відповідно. Атоми Se1 оточені тетраедрами, центрованими ззовні, а Se2 і Se3 – тетраедрами. Crystal structure of the R1,32Pb1,68Ge1,67Se7 (R=Y, La, Ce,Pr, Nd, Sm, Gd, Tb, Dy і Ho) (Dy3Ge1,25S7 structure type, space group P63, Pearson symbol hP23,34) compounds were investigated using X-ray powder diffraction. The atoms of the statistical mixture M(R + Pb) are surrounded by trigonal prisms with one additional atom. The Ge1 and Ge2 atoms are surrounded by tetrahedra and triangles respectively. The Se1 atoms are surrounded by centered outside tetrahedra, the Se2 and Se3 by tetrshedra.
