Особливості поєднання концепції pnf із засобами thera-band для відновлення осіб з вогнепальними ураженнями плечового суглоба

Abstract

У статті розглянуто філософію та особливості поєднання технік концепції PNF із сучасними тренажерами системи прогресивних вправ Thera-Band для покращення функціональних показників плечового суглоба та підвищення рівня повсякденної й професійної активності осіб із наслідками вогнепальних уражень плечового суглоба. Визначено особливості індивідуального підбору засобів Thera-Band, відповідно до антропометричних даних пацієнта, його рухових і силових можливостей. The article considers the philosophy and peculiarities of the combination of the PNF concept techniques with the modern training simulator of the Thera-Band progressive exercises system for improving the functional parameters of the shoulder joint and increasing the level of daily and professional activity of people with the consequences of gunshot lesions of the shoulder joint. The peculiarities of the individual selection of the Thera-Band facilities are determined, in accordance with the patient’s anthropometric data, his motor and power capabilities.
