Європейська комісія в управлінні бюджетним процесом у Європейському Союзі

Abstract

Визначається місце Європейської комісії у структурі управління бюджетним процесом у ЄС. Виділяються основні бюджетно-фінансові структурні підрозділи Комісії, розглядаються їх функції. Особлива увага приділяється організації та напрямам діяльності Генерального директорату з питань бюджету.

The position of the European Commission in the budgetary process management in the EU is determined. Main budgetary and financial structural divisions of the Commission are singled out as well as their functions considered. Particular attention is paid to the directions and organization of operational activities of the Commission’s Directorate General on Budget.
