Стратегія сталого розвитку й інші сценарії екологічної безпеки та збалансованого ресурсокористування

Abstract

Запропоновано наукові та методичні основи сталого розвитку з урахуванням стану ресурсів та визначенням основних сценаріїв в розвитку людства в умовах екологічної кризи, що дедалі поглиблюється. У такому контексті вперше здійснено спробу пов’язати основні показники, які характеризують ресурсний, екологічний і соціальний стан людства в умовах відповідних ресурсних обмежень. Here is being described the scientific and methodological fundamentals of the stable development, including the resources’ condition and defined the principal scenarios of the development of the mankind in the course of the ecological crisis that is rapidly aggravating. In this view it was the first attempt to associate the principal factors that determine the resources, ecological and to some extent social state of the mankind under the conditions of the corresponding resource limitations.
