Правові засади та нормативне забезпечення конкуренції на ринку житлової нерухомості

Abstract

Метою суб'єктів господарювання в процесі їх діяльності є організація та забезпечення для себе найвигідніших умов для перебування на ринку, що в свою чергу сприяє загостренню конкурентної боротьби на ринку. Як слідство, з боку учасників ринку житлової нерухомості з'являються факти зловживання своїм ситуативним становищем. В даній роботі визначено напрями державного регулювання, правові засади та нормативне забезпечення конкуренції на ринку житлової нерухомості в країні, а також запропоновано шляхи їх покращення.

The purpose of business entities in the process of their activities is to organize and provide for themselves the most favourable conditions for staying on the market, which in turn contributes to aggravation of competitive struggle in the market. As a result, on the part of the market participants of the residential real estate, there are facts of abuse of their situational situation. In this paper, the directions of state regulation, legal principles, and regulatory support for competition in the residential real estate market in the country are determined, as well as ways for improving them.
