Вплив Великої Британії на реформування зовнішньої політики й політики безпеки ЄС на етапі прийняття Лісабонського договору (2006–2009 рр.)

Abstract

У статті представлено результати дослідження особливостей участі Великої Британії в реформуванні Спільної зовнішньої політики та політики безпеки ЄС на етапі розробки й прийняття Лісабонського договору (2006-2009 рр.). Проаналізовано позицію урядів Т. Блера та Г. Брауна щодо розвитку СЗППБ ЄС у контексті трансформацій європейської політики Великої Британії в зазначений період.The article presents results of research the UK’s participation in reforming the CFSP of the EU on the stage of development and adoption the Lisbon Treaty (2006-2009). Position of the governments of T. Blair and G. Brown regarding development of the CFSP is analyzed. Main novelties of the Treaty, formation of which is directly influenced by the country’s leadership are shown. The author came to the conclusion that in this period Britain authorities departed from the strategy of leadership in Europe.
