Досвід підготовки вчителів математики до інноваційної педагогічної діяльності у зарубіжних країнах

Abstract

У статті проаналізовано досвід підготовки вчителів математики до інноваційної педагогічної діяльності у зарубіжних країнах, зокрема, введення до навчального плану підготовки спеціальних навчальних дисциплін; формулювання у стандартах освіти вимог до підготовки вчителя математики здатного здійснювати інноваційну педагогічну діяльність. The article analyzes the experience of preparation of of mathematics teachers for innovative pedagogical activity in foreign countries. The main areas of expertise include: an introduction to the the curriculum for special education disciplines; creating conditions for the development of research skills and creative qualities of personality of students; in the formulation of standards of education requirements for the preparation of the mathematics teacher is able for innovative pedagogical activity. The pedagogical experience of foreign countries necessary for correlating to national characteristics (traditions, problems and contradictions), socio-cultural features that trends and challenges of training a teacher of mathematics at the present stage of development of education in Ukraine.
