Теоретичні аспекти підготовки майбутнього керівника загальноосвітнього навачального закладу до стратегічного управління в умовах магістратури

Abstract

У статті охарактеризовано переваги стратегічного управління у діяльності загальноосвітніх навчальних закладів. Визначено педагогічні умови підготовки магістрів управління до стратегічного управління. Доведено необхідність підготовки майбутнього керівника загальноосвітнього навчального закладу до стратегічного управління в умовах магістратури. In the article the theoretical aspects of the future leaders of general educational institution for strategic management in a magistracy at this stage in the light of modern psychological and pedagogical science. The study analyzes the concept of "strategic management"; described advantages, the place and role of strategic management in secondary schools. Define basic pedagogical conditions of training of the future leaders of general educational institutions to strategic management (providing positive motivation; availability of scientific, educational and organizational support; modernization of training masters on the basis of a strategic approach; the dominance of interactive forms and methods). The necessity of preparing future head of an educational institution for strategic management in a magistracy.
