Особливості фізичного розвитку юнаків старшого шкільного віку

Abstract

У статті проаналізовано спеціальну науково-методичну літературу, у якій розглянуто питання особ­ли­востей фізичного розвитку дітей старшого шкільного віку. Висвітлено дані літературних джерел, у яких ро­з­крито сенситивні періоди розвитку окремих рухових якостей у цьому віковому періоді. Також висвітлено динаміку різних антропометричних даних і рухових якостей у процесі онтогенезу. In the article it is presented the generalized analysis of special scientific–methodological literature concerning the topic of peculiarities of physical development of children of senior school age. It is presented the data of literature resources which reveal sensitive periods of development of separate motor qualities in this age period. Also it was revealed the dynamics of changes of various anthropometric data and motor qualities in the process of ontogenesis.
